On July 30, 2025, the Hebei Provincial Selection for the 3rd National Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, jointly organized by the Hebei Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and three other departments, concluded successfully. The competition brought together 183 high-level research projects and one top-tier team from across the province. After intense competition, the final awards included 2 Gold Medals, 6 Silver Medals, and 15 Bronze Medals.
Our Group Company's Postdoctoral Research Station selected postdoctoral fellows Jie Shaolong and Li Sha to represent the company, participating with their ongoing research projects. Demonstrating cutting-edge technological innovation and solid industrialization achievements, they secured a Silver Medal and a Bronze Medal, respectively. Both projects also successfully advanced to the national finals.
During the competition, the two postdoctoral fellows, with their rigorous scientific attitude and outstanding on-site presentations, fully showcased the excellent spirit and capabilities of the Group Company's research talent. Leaders of the Group Company provided guidance throughout the preparation process. A dedicated support team formed by the Human Resources Department and the Technical Quality Department offered strong backing, embodying the company's development philosophy of "pioneering innovation and united endeavor."
This achievement is both recognition and a starting point. The Group Company will continue to strengthen the construction of the Postdoctoral Research Station and the cultivation of scientific and technological talent. We will build broader platforms for the company's technical personnel and provide robust momentum for realizing the “2024-2028 Development Plan”!
